Ticket Sales Good For Petrofac Final At Hampden

Rangers and Peterhead fans have been snapping up tickets for the Challenge Cup Final sponsored by Petrofac as the final heads to Hampden for the first time. Rangers want the trophy after failing to capture it under the Ramsdens sponsor banner in 2014 at Easter Road when they lost 1-0 to Raith Rovers.

This is Peterhead’s first national final ever and the Aberdeenshire club have only been an SPFL team since moving to the Scottish League from the Highland League in the late 1990’s.

The final is over a month away but already excitement is rising in both the North East and Central Scotland as League One takes on Championship, infact Rangers may have clinches their Premiership place by the time the teams run out at the national stadium.

Fans have always been at the heart of the Petrofac Training Cup, and  the company has offered two lucky fans the opportunity to present the Petrofac Training Cup to the victorious team, at the Final on 10th April 2016.

This time around Petrofac want to do something a little bit different however. They would like supporters to nominate someone they think deserves this fantastic opportunity, and in 100 words or less tell Petrofac ‘why’ via the official competition website.
